TCC Cheesy Bacon Smoked Meatloaf – Thomas Cattle Company

Ingredients

•  2 lbs. TCC ground beef
• ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 4 tbsp tcc sweet n smoky rub (2 mixed in and 2 for finishing
• 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
• 10-12 slices of bacon (thin-cut works best)
• ½ cup barbecue sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
