• 2 large eggs, at room temperature
• 1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup canned pumpkin or pumpkin purée
• 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1.5 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
• 1.5 ounces white chocolate, chopped
• 1/2 cup dried mixed fruit bits
• 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
