- 6 dashes hot sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons sweet pickle relish (drained)

- 3 large eggs, (lightly beaten)
- 1 cup Italian panko breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil for frying
- kosher salt and white or black pepper
- fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
