Ingredients

• 1 fennel bulb, very thinly sliced
• 1 medium onion, very thinly sliced
• Thyme (opt)
• 1 - 16oz. bowtie pasta
• 2-3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
• 1 - 15oz. white beans
• 4 cups fresh spinach, washed
• 1 6oz can tomato paste
