• 2 tablespoons unsweetened Valrhona Cocoa Powder
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 2/3 cup butter
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 teaspoon ground Quatre Epices
• 2 tablespoons half-and-half
• 1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 2/3 cup chopped toasted walnuts
