Lime Coriander Chicken Salad - A Duck's Oven

Ingredients

• 2 chicken breasts
• Italian seasoning
• Salt
• Lemon Pepper
• 1/2 cup store-bought lime-coriander dressing (you could buy lime dressing and add coriander)
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/3 cup black grapes (halved)
• 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
• 1 tbsp peanuts
• 1 tbsp green onion (chopped)
• 3 cups baby spinach leaves
