Ingredients

• 4 large aubergines
• 250 g lean ground beef minimum 5% fat
• 250 g ground pork preferably free range, minimum 8% fat
• 1 Bunch fresh basil
• 400 g tin chopped tomatoes
• 5 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 grating nutmeg
• 1 large pinch oregano
• 3 tablespoons Grated parmesan
• 1 tablespoon wholemeal breadcrumbs
• Sea salt
