Pumpkin Soup | Tommerup's Dairy Farm

Ingredients

• 2 cloves of Harry’s Paddock organic heirloom garlic
• 1 brown onion
• 1 very heaped teaspoon of ground turmeric
• 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder
• 3 grinds of black pepper
• Sprinkle of cardamom
• 1 litre vegetable stock
• 1 kg Jap (Kent) pumpkin – the riper the better
• 350gm potatoes
• 1 cup Jersey Girl double cream (adjust this to your liking)
• Olive oil
• Jersey Girl cultured salted butter
