Sticky Pork Stir Fry | Australian Pork

Ingredients

• 500g thin-cut pork loin steaks, cut into 2cm-thick strips (see Tips)
• ¼ cup canola, peanut or vegetable oil
• 1 red capsicum, quartered lengthways, deseeded and thinly sliced
• 1 carrot, peeled, halved lengthways and sliced
• 100g snow peas, trimmed and thickly sliced diagonally
• 1 bunch baby pak choy, trimmed and roughly chopped
• Sliced green onions (shallots) and steamed rice, to serve
• 2 teaspoons cornflour
• 1/2 cup oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon water
