• 0.75 dl Buttermilk
• 1 Eggs
• 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
• 1 Small clove garlic
• 1 Small sprig of fresh thyme
• 1.5 dl Finely chopped onion
• 1.5 dl Whipped cream
• 1.75 dl Semi-skimmed milk
• 100 g Wheat flour
• 1-2 tsp Concentrated tomato puree
• 2 Small bay leaves
• 200 g Shrimp
• 50 g BUKO cream cheese
• 50 g Grated Emmenthal
