- 100g golden caster sugar
- 75g light brown soft sugar
- 4 medium eggs lightly beaten
- 200g self-raising flour
- 75g ground almonds
- 2 tsp ground mixed spice
- 1 orange zested
- 125g mincemeat
- 8 glacé cherries quartered (optional)
- 1½ tbsp demerara sugar
- 1 tbsp flaked almonds (optional)
