Ingredients

• 1/4 cup DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for drizzling
• 1 carrot, finely chopped
• 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 clove of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
• 1 small dried red hot pepper
• 2 (14-ounce) cans Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• 3 1/2 cups chicken stock
• 1 cup warm water
• Salt and pepper
• 8 ounces or 1/2 package Spaghetti Pasta, broken into short lengths
