• 1/4 cup Solid shortening
• 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine
• 1/3 cup Cold water
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 Small white onion, Finely chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon Chopped Scotch Bonnet pepper
• 1/2 lb. Lean ground beef
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon Curry powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
• 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup Beef or chicken stock
• 1 Egg, beaten
• 1/4 cup Water
