• 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (undrained) in its own juice
• 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
• For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
• ½ cup butter (1 stick), softened
• 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
• Coconut for garnish (optional)
