Ingredients
- 1/2 pound flour for all uses
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 glass of red wine
- 1 (about) glass of water
- 1 1/2 kilo of potatoes sliced into thin slices
- 1 1/2 kilo of pumpkins cut into thin washers
- 1 bunch of mint
- 1 cup of flour for all uses
- 1 kilogram of myzithra
- 200 g casserole cheese grated
- 1 (about) cup of oil
- 1 glass of milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons stacked sesame seeds for sprinkling
- Salt Pepper
