Ingredients

• 1/2 pound flour for all uses
• 3 tablespoons of oil
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt

• 1 (about) glass of water
• 1 1/2 kilo of potatoes sliced into thin slices
• 1 1/2 kilo of pumpkins cut into thin washers
• 1 bunch of mint
• 1 cup of flour for all uses
• 1 kilogram of myzithra
• 200 g casserole cheese grated
• 1 (about) cup of oil
• 1 glass of milk
• 2 eggs
• 4 tablespoons stacked sesame seeds for sprinkling
• Salt Pepper
