Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups LeaderBrand Coleslaw , undressed and roughly chopped
• 400g pork mince
• 2 spring onions, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tbsp finely grated ginger
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• ½ tsp white pepper
• 30-40 dumpling wrappers
• chilli oil (optional)
