- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp potato starch or cornstarch
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp neutral oil, such as canola or grapeseed
- Toasted white sesame seeds, for garnish
