Yoghurt cake - Cake that uses oil instead of butter - An easy cake recipe that can be be varied endlessly
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 3/4 cup cooking oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups self-raising flour
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp cardamom powder or vanilla extract
- OPTIONAL any of the following
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- Chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, walnuts etc.)
- 1/2 cup grated chocolate
