Ingredients

• 1.4 kg small white onions (2.5 – 5 cm / 1 to 2 inches in diameter)
• 4 cups white vinegar (5% acidity)
• 1-2/3 cup water
• 1/3 cup Windsor® Coarse Pickling Salt
• 2 tsp mustard seed
• 1 tsp celery seed
• 1 tsp black peppercorns (whole)
• 16 cloves whole
