• 2 cups whole milk
• 8 oz provolone cheese, shredded
• 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 lb eow macaroni
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
