Ingredients

• 3 T honey
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 T smoked Spanish paprika
• 1/2 t cayenne pepper
• 1 t freshly ground pepper
• 1 t salt
• 1/3 C olive oil
• 6 medium carrots, sliced into 1-inch wedges
• 1 yellow onion, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
• 4 spring onions, sliced into 1-inch pieces
• 3 C baby spinach
• 6 C rainbow fingerling potatoes, quartered
• 1 C red seedless grapes, halved
• 2 lemons, quartered
• 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
• 2 C uncooked couscous
• 1 T cultured butter
