• 225g plain flour/ self raising
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 100g butter, cubed
• 1 spring onion/chives/wild garlic, finely sliced
• 75g cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 1-2 tablespoons milk (you may need more)
• 2 1/2 tsp fast acting yeast
• 3/4 cup of warm milk
• 2 1/2 cups of flour
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup oil
• 2 small eggs
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 4tsp sugar
