Ingredients

• 2 ½ cups all purpose flour
• ½ teaspoon salt minutes
• 250g butter chilled
• 250g sour cream
• 500g chicken fillet slit in half lengthwise
• 1 small onion grated and water squeezed out
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
• 1 heaped teaspoon red masala
• 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
• 1 teaspoon teaspoon Paprika
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 small tomatoe grated
• 2 tablespoon tomato paste / puree
• 1 tablespoon prego sauce of choice
• 2 tablespoon minnies garlic chilli
