Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken
• 1 cup yogurt
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 20 cloves garlic (crushed)
• 1 tsp (heaped) dry mango powder
• 1 tbsp coriander seeds
• 1 tbsp cumin seeds
• 6 green cardamom
• 3 pieces cinnamon stick
• 1 star anise
• 12 cloves
• 1 piece mace
• 1 tsp black peppercorn
• 8 dry red chilli
• 1/2 oil
• 2 large onions (grind)
• 2 & 1/2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
• 4 bullet green chilli (sliced)
• 3 large tomatoes (grind)
• 1 & 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup cream
• hand full fresh coriander
• 4 bullet green chilli (cut in half)
