Bacon and Sausage Pasta Recipe - Authentic Latvian Dish

Ingredients

• 2 strips of bacon , cooked, drained, and crumbled
• 2 links of well-seasoned italian sausage , casings removed, crumbled, browned, and drained
• 3 tbsp of butter
• 1 garlic clove , crushed or 5 tbsp of garlic paste
• 2 tbsp of chopped parsley
• a large pinch of dried basil
• a large pinch of dried oregano
• 6 oz (170 g) of fettuccini
• 4 large eggs , beaten
• 0.25 cup of grated parmesan cheese
• seasoned or plain salt
• freshly ground black pepper
