• 4 portobello mushrooms, sliced
• 100g / 3 ½ oz of chestnut mushrooms, sliced
• 1 red onion, sliced in half moons
• 1 red pepper, cut into strips
• 1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
• 1 green pepper, cut into strips
• 1 sachet Gran Luchito Medium Taco Seasoning
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 lime
• 1 teaspoon tamari sauce
• 1 handful of fresh coriander
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper for seasoning.
