Ingredients

• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• ice cream cones, coarsely chopped (about 8 cones)

• 3 tablespoons honey
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
• 2 cups mint chip ice cream, softened
• 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
• 2 cups French vanilla ice cream
• 3 tablespoons hot fudge ice cream topping
• Whipped cream, for serving
