Glazed Ham Meatballs » Greene Espel

Ingredients

• Ham Balls: 1 ½ pounds Ground Pork 1 pound Ground Ham 1 Egg 1 cup Milk 1 cup Cracker Crumbs
• 1 ½ pounds Ground Pork
• 1 pound Ground Ham
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 cup Cracker Crumbs
• Glaze: 1 ½ cup Brown Sugar ½ cup Vinegar ½ cup Water 1 tsp (dry) Mustard
• 1 ½ cup Brown Sugar ½ cup Vinegar
• 1 ½ cup Brown Sugar
• ½ cup Vinegar
• ½ cup Water
• 1 tsp (dry) Mustard
• Preheat oven to 350.
• In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the meatballs and then shape into golfball sized balls.
• Place in a large baking dish in a single layer – they should not be touching.
• Pour syrup glaze over the ham balls.
• Bake uncovered for 1 ½ hours.
