Ingredients

• 1 pack of mince meat
• 1 dl bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/3 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp oil for cooking
• 1/3 cucumber
• 1 tbsp fresh dill
• 2 tbsp natural skyr
• Juice from 1/2 lemon
• 1 clove of garlic
