Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive or cooking oil
• 1 red pepper, diced
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 2 chorizo sausages, sliced in to discs
• 2 chicken breasts, chopped in to cubes
• 250g paella rice
• 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
• 1 tbsp paella seasoning
• 1L chicken stock
• 125g frozen peas
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
