Chili with a Flare – Prairie Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. lean ground beef
• 1 Tbsp. Spice Cellar 9 Juan Juan Spice Blend
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Olive Oil
• 2 tsp. Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 med. white onion, diced
• 2 stalks celery, diced
• 1 med. green pepper, diced
• 1 - 28 oz. can tomato sauce
• 1 - 19 oz. can tomato juice
• 2 c. kidney beans, cooked (or use a can of kidney beans)
• salt and pepper to taste
