• 1 cup fresh shiitake mushrooms, hard stems removed
• 1 tbsp raw almond butter
• 2 cups almond milk
• 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup parsley
• 1 cup celery, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup spinach, tightly packed and finely chopped
• 1 tsp flaxseed oil
