• Half a small red onion
• A handful of fresh spinach
• 100–150 g (3.5–5.3 oz) of mozzarella cheese (hard)
• Sauce:
• 1 cup of tomato puree (passata)
• One third a teaspoon of salt
• Half a teaspoon of dried oregano
• Dough:
• 1 cup of water
• 3 cups of wheat flour + some for sprinkling
• 1 pack of dried yeast
