Red deer puff pastry pie - Lapin Liha

Ingredients

• 500g Lapin Liha’s red deer minced meat
• 150 g chanterelles
• 2 puff pastry sheets
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp canola oil
• A pinch of salt and black pepper
• 1 container of cooking cream
• 1 egg
