• 1.5 lb Baby potatoes
• 1 tbsp Baking soda ((This will make the potatoes crispy))
• 1 tbsp Salt
• 2 tbsp Pepper
• 1 tbsp Paprika
• 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
• 1/4 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp Gound rosemary ((fresh rosemary sprigs work as well))
• 1/2 stick Melted butter ((you can use olive oil as an alternative))
• 1/4 stick Butter
• 1 tbsp Minced garlic
• 1/2 cup Minced cilantro
• Yum yum sauce
• Chick-fil-a sauce
