• 1 cup sour cream
• 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 2 cups frozen sweet corn, thawed
• 1 (14-ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes with green chilies
• 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
• 1/2 cup fresh jalapeño peppers, diced
• 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
