• 1 roasted poblano chili (diced)
• 1 jalapeno (diced)
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• ½ teaspoon ground cloves
• 3 cups vegetable broth
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 1 batch of Jackfruit Tacos
• 1 can hominy (rinsed and drained, 29-ounce)
• cup ¼fresh cilantro
• 2 limes (cut into wedges)
