Ingredients

• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs

• 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons butter, cubed
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 5 cups fresh or frozen corn, thawed
• 1 medium sweet red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 can (7 ounces) chopped green chiles, undrained
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 package (4 ounces) Crystal Farms Original Cream Cheese, cubed
• 8 thick-cut bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
