- 1 T. Rosemary, finely minced
- Zest of 1 Orange or Lemon
- Rub together until fragrant!
- ½ C. Sheep’s Milk Yogurt (Regular Yogurt works too)
- 3 Eggs
- ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Whisk with #1.
- 1 C. AP Flour, sifted
- ½ C. Almond Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Whisk slowly with above wets.
- ½ C. EVOO
- Fold in with spatula with above mixture!
