Irish onion soup with blue cheese toasts recipe
Just like a French onion soup, but because we have such great cream in Ireland I thought, why not add some in?

- 600 g onions, peeled and cut into 5mm thick slices
- 1 l chicken or beef stock
- 150 ml double or regular cream
