Ingredients

• 8 taco shells
• 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 pc of 4 oz. pork belly, thinly sliced
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• ½ cucumber, cut into thin strips
• 5 oz. bean sprouts, washed and drained
• shredded parsley, a little, for garnish
• 4 Tbsp. unsalted roasted peanuts, minced, for garnish
• 4 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce (Chinese Barbecue Sauce)
• 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
• 1 lime, grated zest and juice
