Ingredients

• 3 ears corn
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 orange bell pepper, diced
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
• 5 cups (1.25 litres) chicken broth
• 4 cups (1 litre) peeled potatoes cut into 1/2-inch (1-cm) cubes
