• 1 pound chicken wings,(and backs)
• 4 ounces cooked barley,(or rice),(1 cup)
• 1 can (28 ounces) tomatoes,(1 quart jar )
• 1/2 cup frozen peas ,(or green beans)
• 1 pound potatoes,peeled,chopped (2 normal sized potatoes)
• 3 stalks celery,chopped
• 1 cup onions,chopped
• 3 carrots,chopped (normal sized )
• 1 turnip,chopped
• 1/2 cup frozen corn ,(he said canned)
• 1 cup cabbage,shredded (he said a handful)
• 1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
