• 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp Mexican oregano
• 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 1/2 tsp onion salt
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 3 oz Oaxaca cheese
• 1/4 cup 505SW Honey Chipotle Hatch Valley Roasted Green Chile
• Ketchup
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Cilantro
