Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 large onions, finely chopped
• 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
• 2 recipes egg bread (recipe follows), cooked and crumbled
• 5 hard boiled eggs, diced
• 1 (10-ounce) can cream of celery soup
• 2 (10-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
• 3 (14-ounce) cans Swanson chicken broth
• 1 cup chopped chicken or turkey, or more if desired
