Shepherd’s Pie with sweet potato mash - Whatsupmum

Ingredients

• 50g butter
• 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
• 1 large carrot, peeled and finely chopped
• 2 sticks of celery, trimmed and finely chopped
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1kg lean minced lamb
• 250ml chicken stock
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp tomato puree
• 1 tbsp cornflour
• 1-2 tbsp tomato chutney (optional)
• 1kg sweet potatoes, peeled
• 2 tsp paprika
