Ingredients

• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 3 cups brown sugar, packed
• 4 large eggs
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 3 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp ground cloves
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• ½ cup chopped walnuts, toasted
• 1 3/4 cups pumpkin purée
