Stashcook | Herb-Infused Crispy Roasted Potatoes
This is a yummy dish of potatoes with a golden crust. They are cooked in the oven until they are very crispy. We use special cheese and herbs to make them taste very good.

- 80 g unsalted butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bunch of thyme
- 150 g aged cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
