• 1/2 cup shredded coconut
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup coconut milk
• 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 mango - peeled, pitted and finely diced (about 1 cup)
• 3 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• Toasted coconut, for garnish
• Whipped cream and mango slices, for serving
