Pearl Barley Salad with Roast Cauliflower, Feta and Pomegranate

- 750 ml Chicken Stock Cube
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 300 g Pearl Barley
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 head SuperValu Cauliflower cut into florets
- 100 g SuperValu Feta Cheese cut into cubes
- 1 handfull SuperValu Fresh Mint leaves
- 1 SuperValu Orange zest and juice
- 1 SuperValu Pomegranate seeds removed
